The Prime Mini Cutter is a hydraulic gated shear used to cut steel pipe (depending on wall thickness) and concrete piles (depending on shape, composition, and rebar). This tool can be utilized above and below water and configured to any orientation. The patented design uses a hydraulic gate to close around the member you are attempting to cut.
